View RDP and PCoIP

View Configurations for RDP and PCoIP

Based on your need, RDP or PCoIP is used.  They have cons and pros.  For example, Windows Aero glass is only supported in RDP.  PCoIP has better support for full motion video, 3D applications and USB device support.

Configuring RDP for the View Client

Various settings for RDP session.
In View, RDP with Network Level Authentication is not supported.

Error "RDP session closed unexpectedly" is triggered if used with View.  Session is open first and user is prompted for credentials.

In NLA, authentication is entered first before user is exposed to the session.  Open session only after user is authenticated which is more secure.
