Configuring Printing for View Desktops

Printing in desktop virtualization requires same configuration as printing in TS/RDS

Registering the ThinPrint.dll file

On AD server, Register the DLL (TPVMGPOACMAP.DLL) into group policy.
View provides 32-bit and 64-bit versions of TPVMGPOACMAP.DLL in the directotry install_directory\VMware\\VMware View\Server\extras\GroupPolicyFiles\ThinPrint on your View connection server host.  Copy the appropriate version to your AD  server or to the domain computer that you use to configure group policies.  Use regsrv32 utility to register the file.

Configuring ThinPrint GPOs

Create a ThniPrint GPO

Tool integrated into Group Policy to map printer to users
